Everyone’s been talking about Episode 38 of OVO Radio, where Drake sat down for an hour long interview with DJ Semtex – a DJ for BBC’s 1Xtra Radio station – and discussed everything from recent influences (Skepta and the UK Grime scene), to whether he thinks he’ll ever be cool with Meek (umm, nah). It was recorded the day after the 2017 Grammys. Listen to the interview below:
“YBNL Nation‘s elegant First Lady – Temmie Ovwasa (YBNL Princess) commands your attention with the release of her video for breakout single “Afefe.”
The budding female star brings a fresh sound, which sees her switching rhythm and flows over the infectious trap influenced beat. Possessing a strong and unique vocal, she sings of determination in life and the need to make it. In the visuals, Temmie performs solo in a dark theater, conveying every emotion with her naturally raw tone. The video reflects the same swing of the track.
“My music is eclectic and soulful, different and it’s real. I don’t try to copy anyone, and I’m only going to spread a positive message while having fun doing it,” shares Temmie.
Following her praised co-hosting, performance and wining the award for “Best Female” at the MTV Africa Music Awards 2016; Yemi Alade was spotted shooting a new music video a few days after in Johannesburg, South Africa with house band Mi Casa.
The expected visual is reportedly for Miss Alade’s Maleek Berry produced duet with Mi Casa titled “Get Through This”; which is already gaining momentum across Africa. Mi Casa lost the award for “Best Group” to Sauti Sol at the #MTVMAMA2016.
Check out first stills from the set of the shoot as Yemi Alade and the Mi Casa men get down!
Is “Doctor Strange” worth your time and money? Check out what the critics are saying about Marvel’s latest movie:
“A kaleidoscope of weirdness and innovative visual effects successfully introduce the newest Marvel superhero in director/co-writer Scott Derrickson’s brilliantly bizarre Doctor Strange.”– USA Today.
“The key is an in-on-the-joke script, which Derrickson co-wrote with Jon Spaihts and C. Robert Cargill, that ingeniously navigates major plot potholes even as it saddles its actors with ludicrous dialogue. But what actors!” – Variety.
“An engaging, smartly cast and sporadically eye-popping addition to the studio’s bulging portfolio.” – The Hollywood Reporter.
“If “Doctor Strange” can be dispiritingly safe, it can also be just as impressively bold – an hallucinogenic trip along a very familiar path, watching the film is like adding a large dose of LSD to your morning commute.” – Indiwire.
“Doctor Strange is a movie very much built up of other movies yet it still manages to keep its own identity.” – Digital Spy.
“The visuals are worth the price of admission, but this is as generic and by-the-numbers an origin story as the MCU has ever made. It’s better than ‘Green Lantern,’ but it will remind you of ‘Green Lantern’.” – Forbes.
“It’s a tremendously engaging and likeable superhero ride, in which the classiest of casts show they know exactly where to take it seriously – and where to inject the fun.” – Guardian.
“Doctor Strange is thrilling in the way a lot of other Marvel movies are. But what makes it unique is that it’s also heady in a way most Marvel movies don’t dare to be.” – Entertainment Weekly.
“Happily, it’s [Marvel ‘s] most impressive visual film yet.” – GQ Magazine.
“Director Scott Derrickson creates a cinematic experience straight from the comic books, an incredible feat that needs to be seen on the big screen.” – Independent UK.
“Thankfully, amid all the film’s wacky-trippy bending of space and time, [Cumberbatch] manages to steer an ideal path — taking the role seriously but allowing himself to be flummoxed by it, wittily traumatised and taken off-guard.” – Daily Telegraph.
Produced by Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Charles Newirth, Stephen Broussard and Stan Lee serving as executive producers, the superhero movie is scripted by Jon Spaihts, and directed by Scott Derrickson.
“Doctor Strange” will hit theatres November 4, 2016.

Seyi Law and wife Stacy Ebere welcomed their first child on September 30th, after five years of marriage and 9 years together. The Comedian took to his Intagram hours ago to share cute photos of his daughter and wrote:
When I think of the gift the Lord has placed in my hands, The Joy that has continually flown in my heart, Thoughts of the journey we will go together, The imaginations my head can’t phantom, And the victories we have gotten, I count it all as undeserved blessings. He picked me from the lowness of the Busstop, He lifted me off the industry of insults, He raised me above the wills of those that tried to raise others above me, He brought me light when darkness around me prevailed, And He gave me testimonies that hurt their soul. He changed my story, wiped my midnight tears and gave me TIWALOLUWA OLUWADEMILADEOLA CHIDERA AVIELLA, a Princess of many nations to rule.
